Everyone’s Beefing!

Wow, what a week. This ongoing madness has been happening for so long it’s beginning to feel like the norm.
We’re a healthy dog treats and food company aiming simply for your peace of mind – so I’m not piling into politics.
What does interest me is blame.
My youngest calls it beefing. People blaming each other for this or that and getting into a war of whinge.
As soon as I hear blame being thrown it raises red flags.
Fix not blame
We cannot change what’s happened. Therefore all that matters is how we fix it now and how we try to avoid it happening again.
This has happened, we think this is why, this is how we fix the issue now, this is how we make sure it’s much less likely to happen in future.
Strike Action
An example of this within Bounce and Bella is the shipping of your dog’s deliciously healthy treats and food.
We always take responsibility if your parcel is lost by a courier.
However, with Royal Mail going on strike today and tomorrow – if you could just give it a few more days than you usually would before you get in touch – that would help us enormously.
We’re so lucky to have you – the loveliest customers on the planet – so people rarely have any major ‘beefs’ with us.
With all these strikes, early ordering in preparation of slower delivery should help ease that urge for beef.

There’s more strikes on the way and on the run-up to Christmas too. This is another order early Christmas I’m afraid.
Here’s some details from the Royal Mail:
The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following dates:
Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022
Thursday 13th October 2022
Thursday 20th October 2022
Tuesday 25th October 2022
Monday 28th November 2022
Further dates have also been announced by the CWU for functional strike action which impacts parts of our operation on the following:
Processing, Distribution, International, Collections, Admin: 3rd, 9th, 15th, 24th November and 1st December 2022
Delivery: 4th, 10th, 16th, 25th November and 2nd December 2022
Network: 2nd, 8th, 14th, 23rd, 30th November 2022
