Treat Sandwich – Easy Games for Dogs

Hello you lovely pet parent, you!

I hope your dog is ready for a tasty treat sandwich.

This is another lovely, easy game to play with your dog – perfect for breaking up their day.

It’s just a towel, treats, a towel and then see if your dog can find their way to the treats.

You will anyway, but keep an eye out for your dog attempting to shred their way through the towels. We definitely don’t want them eating threads.

The first time we tried this with Roscoe he attempted to just bite his way through the towel. We ended the game but a few weeks later tried again, that time he went about moving the towel instead.

What you need:
Treats
Dawg
2x towels

Step by Steps

1. 1. 1. Have your dog sit down and wait for you
      2. Pop the first towel on the floor
      3. Drop a handful of treats on the towel
      4. Cover the treats and towel with the second towel
      5. Look for your dog’s focus on you – then ‘Go!’

Tips

• You could replace the towels for old t-shirts
• Watch out for your dog attempting to shred their way through towel and stop them
