We’re so sorry but the factory that makes our grain free food is experiencing ‘unprecedented demand’ so for all dry food orders of 6kg and 15kg there is currently a delay of approximately 7 days before despatch.

If you have a subscription set up for your food you may wish to alter the date. That’s because the date is when the items are ordered – not the date they’re despatched. You can do that within your subscription portal – but any questions or you need any help just let us know.
