The Glastonbury Offer…

It’s Glastonbury Weekend!

Gill and I went to a few in our youth and two out of three times it was incredibly hot – there was no shade, no trees, just tents.

The third time it was a mud-fest, so muddy that a friend of ours actually managed to get Trench foot.

None of that matters when you’re there though because it’s the sheer variety of things to do that makes it wonderful.

The variety of music is mind-blowing but there’s so much more – the food, the comedy, the cider tents, the theatre fields, the mad-cap people.

We went in the world’s smallest disco, were trampled by a pantomime horse, discovered falafels and of course all sorts of new music to love.
