Just a quick catchup to let you know what’s happening with Bounce and Bella.
Out of Stock Items
The main issue for us all is the out of stock items.
That is in the process of very nearly being sorted.
Many of the main products are back in stock, and those that aren’t are due back within the next week or the following week (hopefully at the latest).
We haven’t been neglecting you or the business; it’s been the usual combination of Brexit and Corona, of which if you run or work for small businesses, you are probably very much aware.
Wherever we can, we connect with other local businesses and suppliers – many of our sales come from products, ingredients, and packaging made just an easy drive away.
However, some things just aren’t available locally, and the surprisingly strong cross-border Brexit changes made them difficult to source.
When we finally did get them into the country, both of the small firms we use to help with packaging were forced to stop work because of Corona cases within the workforce.
Both firms have worked incredibly hard to try and catch up and get us back in stock, and the deliciously healthy treats out to your gorgeous dog… it’s been a battle, but we’re really nearly there now.
New Wednesday Email
Providing peace of mind for pet parents is our main goal, and obviously, we’ve been focusing all our efforts on treats and food.
However, after a recent incident between Roscoe and an Asda delivery dude, I realised there’s so much more we can do to help.
As I mentioned in a recent email, our blog ‘The Pet Parenting Journey’ is up and running, with two or three new pieces added each week.
I’ll be sending you the best content from the blog on a Wednesday alongside our Friday email.
Friday email will be our usual: Offers, News and Competitions.
Wednesday’s email will be: Health (including pet food industry secrets), Relationships (inc. training to help with barking, pulling on lead etc.), and Happiness (simple games your dog will love to liven up their lives).
Some of you may be quite happy with just our Friday offers.
If that’s the case – just follow the link here to make sure you do NOT get the new Wednesday Email.
